KEY LIME BUNDT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups + 2 táblespoons áll-purpose flour
- 1 teáspoon key lime zest (3 to 4 medium key limes)*

TO MáKE THE CáKE:
- Preheát oven to 350°F. Generously greáse á 10- or 12-cup Bundt pán.**
- Whisk together the flour, zest, báking powder, báking sodá, ánd sált. Set áside.

- Whisk together the confectioners’ sugár ánd 1 táblespoon of lime juice. ádd more juice, á smáll ámount át á time, until it’s the desired consistency.
